“Recently I concluded a journey that started around 3 months ago - all the training and fundraising finally got to pay off. The ride was 157 miles from Louisville, KY to Lexington, KY and back. It was a fundraiser for the Norton Cancer Institute.
The first day of the ride went well - got to ride through some of the most scenic parts of Kentucky, on the bourbon trail and through the rolling horse country. It rained most of the day making the riding a little more difficult because I was trying to keep the bike under myself, but still a great day to be on the bike. Day two of the ride was also a beautiful ride. The sun finally came out and made it a beautiful fall day. A little more hilly, also a little shorter, but again I got to ride through some great areas. I was relieved when I finally spotted the Louisville skyline. After two four hour days on a bike seat pedaling through the finish line was a great feeling! Thanks MK!”
Great photo man that must be your girlfriend looking good.
