MK Ambassador, Lorin Paley, Is Ready For Winter In CO!

“The snow is flying and the wind is howling this morning in Steamboat, signaling the real onset of winter! I am psyched to ski this weekend down at Loveland to put some of my fall dryland training to the test. We will be hosting two Telemark World Cup events in Colorado this season, February 21-23 in Steamboat followed by February 25-28 at Keystone, home mountain advantage, yeah! Steamboat will also host a Telemark race camp the end of December. Know anyone interested in a great Telemark racing introduction or warm up? 

I am honored to have been selected by the Optimist Club as their Teen of the Month. It was really nice to have lunch with the members and qualify for their end of year selection for Teen of the Year, which includes some college scholarship funds. It’s a pretty cool group that supports youth in the Steamboat community. Also, Telemark Skier just came out with an article in their November issue about our meeting last spring with Governor Ritter. Good recognition for Telemark racing.”
