Welcome Jackson Kayaks - team member Jez Blanchard

The first Australian and professional kayaker to join the MK Ambassador ranks, Jez Blanchard brings a wealth of success and bit of personality to the mix (the 'notes' section of his application was answered: 'don't eat the yellow snow').  The Sydney-based paddler is a four-time Australian National Champion, and has had huge success in World Cup and World Championship events in 2006, taking 2nd in one, and placing in the top 10 in others.

In addition, Jez is also a member of the NSW Riot Squad.  In other words, he's an amphibious butt-kicker, putting people to shame on both land and water.

Of all the places he's never been, the top three he'd like to someday see include the waterfalls in Norway, the 'big waves' of Uganda, and the Chocolate Factory from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

So long since we've last made contact

Well, hopefully no one out there is too disappointed at the lack of activity on the Built Tour website.  But, for those that have been anxiously awaiting it's revival, wait no more...  I am currently working on a mastermind plan to help share some of the pressure of posting in hopes that more people posting will lead to more posts (seems logical!). 

As for MK, we've been super, super busy around here ramping up our efforts to take the world by storm.  Some new colors for the fall worth checking out, and some new stuff for the spring that will surely be a big hit. Pants, pants, pants.

This next week, most of the MK team will be in Las Vegas for the MAGIC trade show where we'll be making our first appearance.  Good times ahead!
